Nye Health Services Supports Team Members With New PayActiv Partnership and Progressive Benefits

At Nye Health Services, we are always looking for ways to improve the lives of our team members. That is why we are excited to announce our new partnership with PayActiv. Through this partnership with PayActiv, our team members can access the money they have earned but haven’t been paid yet, giving them the flexibility to pay for things on their own schedule.

Mollie Cook, Director of Human Resources, shared, “We continuously look for opportunities to enhance our team member’s well-being. We felt that early access to earned wages was one way we could support our team members even better. By providing this option, our team members will have early access to the money they’ve earned outside our normal two-week pay cycle. This allows them to meet their needs in the moments that matter most! In addition, they’ll have access to savings tools and 1:1 financial counseling. We’re excited about this new benefit and hope it will increase team member engagement and retention.”

In addition to this great new benefit, Nye Health Services offers a wide array of excellent benefits to our team members.

Crisis Fund

All of our team members with more than 90 days of service have access to our Crisis Fund. This fund provides emergency financial support to Nye Health Services team members who have significant financial needs due to crisis situations. Team members may be awarded up to $1,500 annually for approved crisis situations.

Tuition Repayment Assistance

We also invest in the growth and development of our team members through scholarship and tuition repayment assistance. Our Education Assistance Program provides team members access to $3,000 annually for scholarship and tuition repayment.
