Nye Health Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Fairbanks as Vice President of Operations. Patrick brings over 38 years of experience in senior health care administration throughout Nebraska, along with more than four years of leadership within Nye, where he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to resident-centered care and team development.
As Nye continues to grow and expand its impact, this role will support operational excellence across all campuses. Patrick’s leadership style is rooted in presence, integrity, and a deep passion for people—qualities that align closely with Nye’s mission and values.
